A new phở house in Dundas
Elisa Pho opened on Schilling Drive in spring 2026, bringing a big bowl of phở and a full Vietnamese menu to Dundas, Northfield and the Cannon Valley.
Family-run, from the kitchen out
Elisa Pho is a family business. The menu covers the Vietnamese classics: phở with all the fixings, bún bò Huế with real heat, fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce, bánh mì and rice plates, in portions big enough to share.
The best seller is the steak and meatball phở. Close behind are the cream cheese wontons, the bao buns and the grilled pork vermicelli bowl with egg rolls.
Opening day
On April 28, 2026, during our soft opening, the Northfield Area Chamber of Commerce & Tourism held a ribbon cutting in the dining room, and KYMN Radio came by to celebrate Dundas’ newest Vietnamese spot.
A room for everyone
The dining room is big and bright, with red booths, long tables for families and teams, and murals on every wall. Come in for lunch, bring the family for dinner, or order for a group.
