Cơm sườn is the classic Vietnamese rice plate: a marinated pork chop grilled until it chars at the edges, over jasmine rice with a fried egg, tomato and cucumber.

Prefer chicken? Get it grilled, or as cơm gà xối mỡ, crisp fried chicken with dipping sauce. Grilled beef and grilled shrimp are on the menu too.

Every plate comes with fish sauce to spoon over the rice.
