Chả giò are Vietnamese egg rolls: ground pork, shrimp, clear vermicelli and carrot rolled in thin rice paper and fried until they crackle.

They come with sweet fish sauce on the side. There is a vegetable version too.

Egg rolls also go on top of our vermicelli bowls, or add a single one to any order.
